Overview

A collaboration with a beauty salon to provide them with local leads within their city. The aim of the campaign was to boost appointments and qualify them so they are ready to show up for their booking.


Target

Negotiate an irresistible offer to give to potential customers with client and run ads from within the local area. After collecting lead form information call and book the lead as a customer under clients booking system.


Before

The salon was not using paid advertisement to promote their business or increase sales. Their marketing strategy consisted of handing out fliers and customer referrels.

After

The power of paid advertising is undeniable. A Facebook advertisement featuring a form template was executed, targeting different demographics as well as for general promotion. Those interested could fill in the form, receive a phone call to book, and attend. Although not all leads may show up, which is an uncontrollable aspect, those that do have the potential to become regular customers.


Outcome

During the testing phase, multiple audiences, creatives, copies, and other elements were tested to assess which ones would lead to higher conversion rates. The winning ads were then allocated a larger budget and were continuously monitored.

Previously mentioned, even if a customer has booked an appointment, there is no guarantee that they will show up due to unforeseen circumstances. In our client's case, they had an 85% turnout rate, which means that 364 people attended their appointments. This generated a revenue of £14,000 in one month. Additionally, they had a 40% retention rate, which translates to nearly 150 customers becoming regulars. This adds up to approximately £6,000 per month in revenue, even after ceasing to post ads or offers!
