Overview
The following is of handling the advertising for a clients new drop shipping store. The client enjoyed the creative side however lacked the skillset aswell as experience with paid advertising, that is where we came to assist.
Targets
There is high competition with trending products so it's vital to work closely with creative team (client) to assemble copy that will stand out as well as hold attention. Using creative testing, find a winner and scale to increase sales.
Before
Since it is a new store there was no previous data to work with, however the product was a trending product so a plan of action was simple to compile.
After
The Strategy executed resulted in positive gains. Not only were demographics tested but also lookalikes to similar brands as well as similar customers.
Design Elements
We found video copy worked the best for conversions, we made to test various styles of UGC content to drive traffic to the website.
Outcome
During the testing phase various audiences, creatives, copies and other elements were split tested to determine which ones resulted in more conversions. The winning ads were then allocated a larger budget and were continuously monitored.
Leveraging an existing competitors brand was used however more results was found in interest based targeting. The plan was executed perfectly and generated over £23k in revenue. The biggest success was due to the demand of the product, it was already trending so we there was no need to create hype.
